Managing partner and founder
After graduating from Audencia Business School, François began his career with Union Financière de France. In 1989 he moved to Banque de Neuflize, Schlumberger, Mallet where he developed its International Private Banking unit. In addition to his role as the bank’s representative within ABN AMRO’s Private Banking Group, François also gained crucial experience in the oversight and implementation of wealth and financial management strategies related to the multi-country assets of family clients or groups. In 1998, he joined the management team at Merrill Lynch France’s Private Banking unit.
In 2001 François founded one of France’s first independent, multi-client Family Offices: Financière MJ.

Corinne Louis

Partner and co-founder
Corinne holds postgraduate degrees in law from Université de Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne university in international financial, industrial and commercial relations law. After heading up the legal departments in various French and international industrial and service organizations, Corinne decided to specialize in philanthropy. Besides her excellent level of expertise in business law, she brings to Financière MJ her expertise related to the preparation and implementation of philanthropic projects for clients. |

Jérôme Girszyn

Associate – Private Equity Consultant – Girszyn & Ass.
After graduating from HEC Paris, Jerôme began his career with Arthur Andersen where he joined the team in charge of corporate financial restructuring. In 1998, he joined 3i, a European leader in private equity for small and mid size companies. During his 11 years with 3i, he worked with more than 100 companies, through venture capital, LBO and recovery transactions. He left 3i in 2009 to work on Family Office private equity direct investments. As such, Jerôme is in charge of the FPPI project (Family Platform for Private investments) for the French market, a project that Financière MJ has developed together with its European ENFO partners. |

Adrien Tapie

Adrien holds a Master in Private Banking from the Paris Dauphine University and a Master in Bank and Finance from the Bordeaux IV University. After working with several financial institutions in the asset management fields (fixed income and equity hedge funds), he joined Financière MJ in 2010 to strengthen the financial advisory services and take responsibility of the asset monitoring activities. |

Clarisse began her career in the luxury hotel industry where her interpersonal skills and the highest sense of service allowed her to gain valuable experience with demanding international clients.
10 years later, she decided to move as an assistant to the general management of a renowned firm specializing in executive search. She developed a strong culture of privacy, ethics and discipline. These essential qualities naturally led her to join Financière MJ early 2011, where she ensures the smooth functioning of our administrative activities. |
